I found www.SparkPeople.com while I was on the hunt for a website to help me in my weightloss journey. I joined this free site back in April and I don't know what I would have done without it. So far I have loss 11 lbs. I feel great, move around more and sleep better. I encourage anyone looking to get healthier to check out this site. What do you have lose? I would specially like to thank my sister, Debi, for always being my "assistant" at a majority of my craft shows. I believe she enjoys helping me as much as I love doing the shows.
